We are excited to be part of the ‘Start Small, Dream Big’ learning programme which supports children’s personal development by introducing them to a range of different careers at a young age. This Dorset Careers Hub supported programme, endorsed by the Department for Education, will help inspire children at a young age with opportunities to learn about and meet people from right across the world of work.

The aims of the scheme are to:

• broaden pupils’ horizons
• inspire students about the world of work
• challenge stereotypes
• link learning to future jobs and careers
